As a Masterpiece Villas Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of our Villas and Housekeeping Department, ensuring seamless coordination, operational excellence and the consistent delivery of world-class service standards. You will contribute to creating highly personalized and memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily Villas operations;
- Ensure Forbes and LQA standards;
- Monitor operational service execution;
- Support daily task allocation;
- Manage guest requests and preferences;
- Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination;
- Resolve incidents with service excellence.
Profile / Requirements:
- Experience in luxury hospitality operations;
- Experience serving demanding guests;
- Degree in Tourism or Hospitality;
- Fluent Portuguese required;
- Professional fluency in English;
- Intermediate MS Office skills;
- Familiarity with hospitality PMS systems;
- Strong guest service orientation;
- Exceptional attention to detail.
