As a Personal Assistant, you will be the guest’s dedicated contact, delivering anticipatory, discreet, and emotionally engaging service aligned with the highest international luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Personalised service following Forbes/LHW standards
- Anticipate guest needs proactively
- Coordinate closely with operational departments
- Manage bespoke guest experiences
- Ensure elegant, consistent guest communication
- Accurately record preferences and requests
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
Profile / Requirements
- Proven experience in 5 luxury hospitality
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Additional languages valued (DE/FR/ES)
- Knowledge of Forbes or LQA standards
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and CRM
- Excellent etiquette and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule and shifts
- Impeccable personal presentation
