Key Responsibilities
• Receiving and inspecting premium meats
• Performing precise cutting and deboning
• Preparing artisanal charcuterie products
• Ensuring daily HACCP compliance
• Maintaining clean and sanitised workspaces and tools
• Producing hams and related products
• Collaborating with the kitchen and charcuterie teams
Profile/Requirements
• Proven experience in butchery or charcuterie
• Experience in meat cutting and deboning
• Practical knowledge of HACCP
• Precision and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Organisation and adherence to high standards
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Focus on quality and consistency
• Experience in hospitality is an advantage
