Main Responsibilities
- Execute preparations with Michelin precision
- Ensure impeccable mise-en-place
- Maintain consistency and technical quality
- Uphold LHW and Michelin standards
- Coordinate assigned section rigorously
- Support the Chef and Sous Chef
- Follow HACCP and safety guidelines
Profile / Requirements
- Experience in Michelin fine dining
- Culinary degree or equivalent training
- Mastery of advanced cooking techniques
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and discipline
- Creativity within set standards
- Exemplary professionalism and grooming
- Professional English valued
