As a Treasury Assistant, you will play a vital role in the resort's financial stability. You will ensure accurate cash flow management and support accounting, maintaining the strict standards required by a prestigious international operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily treasury flows with maximum precision.
- Execute payments and receipts following internal procedures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and analyze financial discrepancies.
- Support accounting registration for current financial operations.
- Control fixed assets and respective monthly depreciations.
- Actively collaborate in annual financial closing processes.
Profile and Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
- Previous experience in treasury or finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Fluency in Portuguese and technical English (mandatory).
- High analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ethical mindset, discretion, and strong personal responsibility.
- Driven by meeting strict financial deadlines.
