In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our sanctuary of wellness. Your focus will be on genuine hospitality, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated journey for every member and guest.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized welcome following Forbes/LHW standards.
- Manage treatment bookings and fitness activity schedules.
- Promote wellness services and high-end retail products.
- Maintain impeccable organization and aesthetics at reception.
- Anticipate guest needs with discretion and elegance.
- Coordinate therapist schedules for maximum operational efficiency.
- Process billing and payments with accuracy and rigor.
Profile / Requirements:
- Previous experience in Spa or Health Club reception.
- Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
- Passion for the Wellness and Healthy Living industry.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy.
- Strong organizational and priority-management skills.
- Polished appearance and professional luxury posture.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends.
- Knowledge of additional languages (is a plus).
